This house was heritage listed, and therefore all the existing building had to be retained. It was in very poor condition to start with but ended up a beautiful house again with top quality finishes and appliances throughout. We turned it into a double storey home at the rear, with stunning views of the Melbourne CBD area from the balcony.
The clean, minimalist new look of this house creates an uncluttered & low maintenance feel. Amazing wood finishes can be witnessed in every area of the home. The spacious patio & balcony on the ground & second-floor areas offer a perfect environment for sight-viewing of the CBD & entertaining guests, while the large sliding doors showcase the home’s gorgeous interiors from the outside.
