Building your new home doesn’t have to be stressful. Our pre-construction process allows us to cover all the details together prior to work commencing, to ensure we have a clearly articulated plan in place that you’re happy with.
Initial Meeting
The very first stage of construction is to scope out the project and requirements.
Concept & Design
The concept & design are created according to your requirements and then organized into a strategic construction plan, including any required engineering.
Documentation
When architectural plans & documentation of construction plans are completed, a formally written quote outlining all specifications & finishes can be submitted to obtain building & construction permits.
Build Phase
Once the building permit has been issued, construction can start. The construction space is cleared and excavated as necessary to begin building the foundations.
Completion & Turnover
The last stage involves putting the finishing touches on the building. Once this is done, your home is ready for handover, with all certificates & warranties supplied to you.
